how can create group to access folder without create team site sharepoint RRS feed

  • hi all

    Is it possible to have an office 365 group without a share point site and i want to create group to access object 

    like share folder not select user by user ?

    and i do not want user to create site form outlook if he click on icon sharepoint like on the photos

  • No you can't, whether you created from Outlook, Teams, Yammer, PowerBI or anywhere else a group will have an associated team site. SharePoint provides the file storage used in all of these services, without it the other functionality would break.

    You can create DLs, Mail Enabled Security Groups and Security Groups without a site.
