I recently purchased a Dell with Win7Professinal SP1 and MS Office 2013 Professional pre-installed in English (and paid for).I followed the instructions that came with the PC on how to download MS office. Although the download was long ( I don't have a super
fast connection) and when requested I entered the activation key which the programme accepted. It continued to download in the background and then stopped. I got the following message " Cannot connect to activation wizard - we are sorry
something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now. Please try again later. Error code 127(22b24a)"
As I live in France I thought that perhaps the time difference between the server and me would make a difference so I tried several times at different times and each time it was the same problem or something similar.
Please advise me on how to continue, especially as I have already paid for the MS Office 2013 Professional version.
