Outlook 2010 receiving duplicate e-mails from single user RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have a user that is receiving duplicate e-mails from another user who is having his emails forwarded to her while he is out of the office. Is there something in his rules that would be causing duplicates to appear with each forwarded message in her inbox?

  • Nevermind, I figured this out. The user forwarding his emails set up a rule to forward all of his emails to his assistant, but also set up a rule in his Out of Office to do the same. I toggled it off and now she is getting one email again. Thanks and hope this helps someone else in the future.
