gmail stuck in exchange outbox RRS feed

  • my gmail messages won't send from outlook. they get stuck in my exhange outbox. any ideas? i've tried everything i've read online.

    Please first go to the Exchange Outbox, open the message and make sure that the From address is actually your Gmail account.

    Have you verified if the messages were actually delivered to the recipients? You may try to send a test message to yourself and then check if you can receive the email. This will help determine if the messages were stuck in wrong Outbox or just be stored in the Outbox.

    What version of Microsoft Outlook are you using? If you are using Outlook 2007, I'm afraid this is the expected behavior. All SMTP mails are held in the default account's Outbox.

    How did you configure your Gmail account in  Outlook? Via IMAP or via POP3?

    Do you have your emails from different accounts delivered to the same Outlook data file?

  • Hi, are you sure all other mails are going out from Outlook? Just send a test mail to yourself and see if it delivered to you. May be outlook is offline or need password to be online with exchange server.
