SharePoint Workflow dosn't work automatically RRS feed

  • hello

    i created a workflow using sharepoint designer 2010 to send mail to the users

    the workflow should be triggered automatically when a new item was added or existing item was changed

    the problem is that the workflow doesn't work in these 2 cases and works only if the workflow started manually

    i need to know what is the problem ??

  • Are you logged in as "System Account"?  SharePoint Designer workflows will not auto-start for the system account. Log in as another user and see if they then run.
