Mail messages not displaying correctly in Outlook 2013 RRS feed

    Ever since upgrading to Office 2013 a few months ago my emails in Outlook are not formatted correctly.  I am running Windows 7 Pro with Office 2013 and using Outlook 2013 with POP email accounts.  The messages display fine if I check them on my laptop that still has Outlook 2010, they also display fine on my iPad and in the webmail client.  Some messages have some of the words or letters blocked out and other messages have lots of extra 'lines'.  Here are a couple examples:

    Hi, please check the following setting:

    FILE tab -> Options -> Mail -> Message format.

    Try to test if the issue still exists by checking or unchecking "Use Cascading Style Sheets(CSS) for appearance of messages".
