  • Hello all,

    a user send email to a user that mailbox was new created

    error:

    User  <a href="mailto:IMCEAEX-_O%3Dcompanycn%3DRecipients_cn%3D0xyz7@company.at>can't">mailto:IMCEAEX-_O%3Dcompanycn%3DRecipients_cn%3D0xyz7@company.at>
    can't find email address
    Diagnoseinformationen für Administratoren:
    Generierender Server: server.company.de
    #550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound; not found ##

    we delete the "To..." cache and use addressbook - same problem
    we disable outlook exchange cached mode - and it work's fine

    why use outlook the local cached information although To.. field (cache) is cleared and we use the addressbook.

  • Hi Chris,

    this will automatically work, if the offline address book is built up again (mostly at night, once a day). Then the receipient is found in the "new" offline address book. Working in online mode finds the new contact in the "servers address book".
