  • Hi,

    Why do you want to hide the “Stop editing this list”? This behavior is by design in SharePoint, which makes users exit the editing status easily.

    If you do want to hide it, you can add JS in the datasheet view page.

    Click edit page in datasheet view:

    Add a Script Editor web part:

    Then, click “EDIT SNIPPET” to insert JS code into this web part, input following code:
    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.2.1.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var task;
    function FunctionHide(){
    if($(".ms-list-addnew:contains('Stop')").length>0){
         $(".ms-list-addnew:contains('Stop')").css("display","none");
       }
    }
    window.onload=function(){
       task = setInterval(FunctionHide,300);
    }
    </script>

    Thanks,
    Carl Zhou
