EWS returning HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error in >Request has been quarantined by condition< >ErrorApiQuarantined< RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi There,

We have an application that acquires messages from Exchange Online by making API calls to  https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx using EWS Managed API , the API is returning HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error  and is not providing the messages, below is the full request and response, we're not sure what could cause the request to get quarantined it's occurring  for all mailboxes in a given organization, has anyone encountered this or knows under what conditions this could occur? Thanks in advance.

NOTE: Some of the information was removed from the request because it contains sensitive information.

The issue started occurring about a month ago, it was working fine before, no changes were made in the application or O365 settings.
