A user can't open ACCESS 2003 database file with Access 2007 - no permissions

    Question

  • In a SBS 2008 environment, is a database created by ACCESS 2003 and everyone can open and use the database using one database user name and Access 2003. All PCs are Win XP. Now one new PC (Win 7 downgraded to Win XP) has installed Office 2007 student AND full version of ACCESS 2007. This user can't now open and use the database (permissions error) while the same user could use the database on his old PC. This User have full access permissions on the server to this database file and folder.

What makes the difference on Access 2007?
