  • Hi Team,

    Journal Mails not getting Delivered and Message count is increasing in the Transport Server issue in Exchange Server 2013. I am having two Trapsort servers. One Trasport Server working fine. In another Tranport this problem is occuring. Please suggest accordingly.

  • How did you set the journal rule? Could you share more details about this?

    All journal emails would be queued from this transport server? Any exception? 

    For troubleshooting:

    1> If the journal emails are configured to send to an internal address, then check the Default <servername> receive connector on the recipient sever side, ensure that Exchange Server authentication is selected.

    2>If you have a connector configured to relay mail on the recipient server side, ensure that the server(s) or network specified does not include the IP address of the server you cannot send from, for example, some decommission servers. Also make sure Exchange Server authentication is not selected on that connector.

    3> Besides, disable any firewall between the senders and recipients, especially disable ESMTP inspection on the Cisco ASA.
