    Question

  • Hi Guys,

I came across an issue today where one of my users is unable to correctly present desktop. Present programs is working fine but when they try to share their screen with me (and other users) only the top left of their desktop is displayed. Any ideas on what could be causing this and if there is any possible fix?

  • I would reinstall the graphics driver on their PC. See if that helps.

  • Hi Dave,

As a supplement, because the issue just happen to one of your users, please also try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Delete SFB cache files and test again: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com
    2. Perform a clean boot on your computer.
    3. Install the latest update for your SFB client and your video card driver.
    4. Please also test with another computer and check if there is the same issue
