  • Hi,

    You are using Office 365 Outlook to send message, and your mail server is Exchange 2016? Am I right?

    And the sender gets a bounce back message after clicking "send"? If so, could you send the message content here?

    If the message was not delivered to the recipients, then why did they get empty content? 

    I am just confused of the issue symptom, if there is any misunderstanding, please kindly point it out.

  • It's answer not from O365 or Exchange. This is messages from zimbra unix mail server.

    You need check your mail flow. I don't know your Mail Infrastructure Systems, but it's not Office 365 or Exchange 2016 NDR.

    Maybe from Antivirus/Spam Service, low level information present on case.

  • Hi.

    Your screen it's not have information, because only header can present correct information about mail flow your messages. 

    IP address, name and original sender this NDR. Not make sense investigate your screen, without full header and without information your mailbox.

    Is that a entire message header? You should double click the email, click File-> Properties -> Internet headers, select all, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to the your next post.

    If the recipients received the message, whether it was empty or not, senders should never get a bounce message.

    So how did you get the bounce message? 

    Please close all the AV software or programs and see if helps.

    By the way, are you using Exchange server as the mail server?

  • Thank you for looking after us. The  Anti-Virus firewall off , RealTime scanner unable to be closed minutes however, inbox immediately testing replied email undelivered as the next by SyncActive office 365 account :

  • OK, I think the main issue here is recipients get the empty content in there emails.

    You may enable Pipeline Tracing log in Exchange server to troubleshoot this issue. By examining the contents of the message snapshot files, you can determine whether the transport agents have applied the changes to the messages in the transport pipeline that you expected.

    What is the specific info needed for forum to go on assisted ?  Mail Exchange  Server setting inaccessible to " Office 365 Personal " doing nothing after searches to ?

  • YOU DO please forward this support method persuiting to  Microsoft right department get it put right immediately .  Can you have a group for all users of Office 365 who are not belonged to any business group ? 

    Because Everyday we are facing lost emails , or fake emails sending out to destination in name of an personal account!

    [OFFICE 365 (ver personal ) won't be supported to SyncActive account (exchange server) outlook by Business or Private groups from Microsoft .   Forum is the only .  No case would be accepted to open for helps. ]
