  • Hello Gents, 

    Recently i have noticed, my OWA users getting this below reply whenever they search for emails in their Mailbox. the OWA wont find any emails even its available on Mailbox. 

    What could be the issue related this thread. 

    Please advise.

  • Hi Faris,

    Does this issue occur on all mailboxes or some special mailbox in one DB?

    If this issue occurs on some special accounts, we can try to move those mailboxes to other DB for testing.

    If it occurs on one special DB, we can check the search index status for this DB, then rebuild index.
    1. Check search index (the ContentIndex State should be Healthy):
    Get-MailboxDatabase | Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus
    2. Reseed search index:
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee633475(v=exchg.150).aspx

  • The issue was related with DB, i have tried a user with deterrent DB, and i can search without any issue. 

    I didn't make any change into existing DB as i have not alternate DB server . anyhow as soon as i will migrate my exchange infra. 

    Thank for your valuable advise.to reach me correct trouble shoot..
