Outlook 2016: Email Attachments RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

Is there a way to attach more than one file at a time to an email in Outlook 2016?  I was expecting Shift+Down Arrow key to allow me to select two, three, etc. files after Alt+N, AF but this has no effect.  I can only select one file at a time by going Alt+N, AF each time.

    Thanks

  • Hi Peter,

Just as you said, we can only select one file at a time by going Alt+N, AF each time. If you want to select multiple attachments at a time, you need to click the 'Browse Web Location' or 'Browse this PC' option from the Attach File drop-down menu, and then navigate to the files you want to attach, hold Ctrl key and click on them.
