A meeting was set up in Outlook 2010.
One of the required attendees name is displayed in blue italics rather than regular plain text, is anyone able to explain what thay might signify?
Any help much appreciated.

I have the same thing with one of our attendees. Other attendees are telling me if they send out a meeting update to all attendees, she is left off the list. I don't know how to fix this. If I (the meeting originator) send an update, she is included. Does anyone have any idea why this happens?
