When Mary deletes an email message from user 1 she can’t delete another message from user 1 until she selects a message from user
2 and deletes that. After she deletes the message from user 2 she can then return to messages from user 1 and delete multiple messages. She is using Outlook 2007 on a Windows 7 machine and her email account is on an exchange server.
Do you mean several users sent emails to Mary, and Mary could not delete the emails as she wanted?
The email body might be corrupted. Please go to Option and disable preview pane. Then, try to delete the emails again.
If the problem persists, start Outlook in safe mode and test the results.
Start, point to All Programs, and then point to
Microsoft Office.Press and hold the
CTRL key, and then click Microsoft Outlook.
If the problem does not occur in the safe mode, this issue might be related to some third-party add-ins in the Office program, we can try to disable
