    Hi,

        

    1. Run the chkdsk command with the /f switch.
    2. Enter "Y" to allow chkdsk to be conducted on next system reboot.
    3. Reboot computer.

    Except the method above. We can also the command prompt in the windows recovery tools.

    Access the windows recovery tools, choose command prompt and then run the chkdsk command either with the ‘ /f’ or the ‘ /r’ option.

    Meanwhile, you can try the following hotfix.
