Why does Belarc report "suspended volume encryption". RRS feed

    I simply opened File Explorer, right-clicked on the system drive C: and chose "Turn on Bitlocker".

  • Hi,

     

    A suspended Device Encryption warning means that the BitLocker protection has been suspended on a Windows computer. In this case the drive is still encrypted but the protection is off, for example, no TPM PIN or Password is required when you start the OS.
