  • Hi Experts

    How can i check for any errors on my receive and send connectors.Protocol logging level is set to verbose on the connectors, experts guide me on this and also i want to check for any connectivity issues

  • Hi,

    Those information may be useful to you:

    1.  Open protocol log with Notepad and cancel "Word Wrap" under "Format" menu.

    2. Using "date-time" to narrow down logs you need to check.

    3. A whole mail flow is record from "0", then you can check the mail flow for this email one line after another:

    If there exist an issue for this email, you will could find detail information for it from the penultimate record.

    Here are fields in the protocol log.

  • It doesn't look like a complete log. It just says this relay email cannot open session. What is the specific problem you are experiencing?
