Shared Mailbox - Keep a copy of emails in Sent Items folder RRS feed

  • I need to have a shared mailbox keep a copy of emails sent from the mailbox by all members of the mailbox in its own Sent Items folder.  I have followed this article but, it still isn't working.  Is there anything else I can try?

    Exchange 2013 v15.0 (Build 1347.2)
    Outlook 2016

  • set-mailbox <shared Mailbox> -MessageCopyForSentAsEnabled $True works fine

  • That was the command I used and it shows enabled but, it doesn't keep a copy in the shared mailbox.
