Outlook 2010 signature formatting RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

When I try to forward an text email, outlook automatically added signature as

    Regards,

    User

    executive of constoso

    Phone

but the recipient receive the email with a different formatted signature. All the fields are in just one line

Regards,  User   executive of constoso   Phone.

When the user forwards the same email to self, still all the lines in the signature appear in just one line. When the user manually selects the HTML format while sending the message the format is received as exactly. The user uses Outlook 14.7165.5000

  • Thanks, unfortunately the problem is not creating / recreating a signature, but how the signature appear after it was sent.

When the signature is sent it would look like

    ABCd

    CEO of ABCD

    1234, ABCD road, ABCD town

    ABCD country

    Phone 1234 fax 1234

the recipient receives email with the signature all in one line

ABCD    CEO of ABCD     1234, ABCD road, ABCD town      ABCD country      Phone 1234 fax 1234

  • Post the autosignature exactly as it's entered in the client.

  • The issue is resovled

I introduced a line break after the name and designation, like seen below.

    ABCd

    CEO of ABCD

    1234, ABCD road, ABCD town

    ABCD country

    Phone 1234 fax 1234
