Office Professional Plus 2013 Installation Error 1714

-
hi Guys, i'm havign a problem and hoping someone could help me.
On our terminal Server for myself and my colleagues i have been giving the task to install Office Professional Plus 2013. It did have office standard 2013 which has been removed and i ran a reg cleaner also, so there is no trace of office standard 2013.
However when i try to install Professional plus 2013 i get the error:
"Error 1714. Setup cannot remove the older version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013. Contact Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) for assistance. for information about how to contact PSS, see
C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\3\Setup00000cc4\PSS10R.CHM."
i have navigated to the above and deleted the Setup00000cc4 folder but it reappeared when trying to install office again.
i have had a look online and can't see to find anything relating to this particular error.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Liam

Hi
The issue might occur when your previous Office suites was not completely uninstalled.
Refer to the following support article and run the fix it tool to completely remove the old Office 2013 suites:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501
I would also disable Antivirus software and firewall when you go to install again.

TechNet Community Supportits okay now, i managed to fix it, there was a folder where someone tried to install the 64-bit version, so i just reinstalled the 32bit version and uninstalled it again, ran a reg cleaner and was able to install 2013 with no problem.
Thanks for your help
