  • Hello.

    1. Please check your mx and SPF, A record in https://mxtoolbox.com/

    2. Please check your FireWall rule for SMTP Exchange traffic .

    3. Please check enable log on Send/Receive connector.

    4. Please check Autodiscover and send/receive messages on https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

  • Hi,

What MX record did you create?

Do you mean you want to use user@techdemo.xyz to receive emails? If so, you have to create the MX record for techdemo.xyz.

Do external senders get any NDRs when send emails to user@techdemo.xyz? If available, you can post the NDR message here and please don't forget to cover your personal information.

  • Here is a blog about MX records: Email Fundamentals: What is an MX Record, and How Do They Work?, please make sure you have created the correct MX record for the suffix of mailbox address, and A record points to the right IP address.

  • Hi Lydia,

I am facing in my exchange multiple issue.

    1. I am unable to configure user outlook profile from external network. it is working fine even i have publish auto-discover record in public DNS.

    2. External Mail flow issue has been resolved.

    3. When i am access ECP from exchange server 2016 then getting the TLS error.

    This page can’t be displayed

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://localhost again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

    Even i have enabled TLS 1.0, 1.1 & 1.2
