Exchange Admin Center session expired right after fresh login RRS feed

  • Hi all, 

    Hoping some genius sees this and can shed some light in my direction... 

    No matter how we browse to EAC it will not come up properly. 
    As soon as we login we get "Error - The session has expired. Please sign in and try again. 
    Then the page refresh's back to the login screen. I have check all I can, IIS bind settings, certs Etc. but just cant get round this.

    If anyone has any idea's what this could be please do let me know.

  • Are you sure the system time, time zone and DST settings are correct on the Exchange server?

    Can you login owa page normally?
    Have you recently made any changes in your server?
    Have you tried to change other browsers?
    I suggest you recreate a new account and assign the same permission ,then login eac to test by using the new account.
    About the error,please refer to the below link to check if you have changed the Session Time-out value:

    No changes made, staff can use OWA though on occation it times them out after 5 mins or so but apart from that its working fine.

    I did create a new account with the right perms/groups and I experience exactly the same error.

  • Hi David, all.

    I checked the Asp session timeouts and they are set to default 20min - I reapplied this but no difference has been made.

    This is turning into a black hole with everything looking fine.

    Any other idea's greatly received!

    What is your detailed exchange version?

    If the issue persists,I suggest we upgrade to exchange 2013 cu12 to test.

    I am having the same exact issue EAC session timing out right after login.  Have you had any luck in resolving this issue?

  • I faced the same issue with office 365 ECP with Microsoft Edge and my issue was resolved after changing the browser. Means facing the issue while connecting from Microsoft edge but no issue connecting from google chrome. So seems the issue with client side (browser) not on server (Exchange server/Exchange online)
