System Center Configuration Manager

I received SQL Server TCP Port error.

The suggestion to check SQL Server Network Configuration TCP/IP properties for TCP Dynamic Port was verified to be blank but the error will not go away after stopping and restarting SQL Server Services.

Please I need help on what else to check as this is driving me crazy.
