Unable to share PowerPoint Files RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have hybrid setup here. PPT sharing is not working between on-prem(Lync2013) and cloud users(O365) users.

Error:Your DNS configuration is preventing you from sharing content.
When contacting your support team, reference error code 141.

PS-Audio/Video/Desktop Sharing/App sharing are working fine.

Same problem with federated users aswell.

  • Hi,

can you check meeting policy if ppt sharing is disabled?

    Get-CsConferencingPolicy to check your settings.

Does it work for internal users on same Lync pool?

Is your Web app server functioning?

  • Thanks for your response.

PPT sharing is not disabled. Yes, it is working fine for internal users on the same lync pool.

File transfer and P2P File transfer as the only ones disabled.

                                       -  %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync

                                    c. Lastly,

                                         - %userprofile%\Tracing
