    Hi.

    We have Lync 2013 as back end

    A meeting organizer setup a number of different meetings.   Her current max session limit is 100. 

    After the first 2 meetings, she requested to increase her max session limit to 200 for the rest of the meetings she setup.

    We updated her conference meeting policy to 200.

    1st Question - does she need to recreate the rest of the meetings for the change to take effect?

    2nd Question - when we change her policy from 100 to 200, and she's in a meeting at the moment, will the change take effect on that meeting?

    1st Question - does she need to recreate the rest of the meetings for the change to take effect?
    Based on my experience, if the meeting policies are changed, users do not need to recreate the meetings.

    2nd Question - when we change her policy from 100 to 200, and she's in a meeting at the moment, will the change take effect on that meeting?
    The policy may take time to sync, when you change the policy, it is better to wait some time and let the user log off the SFB client. So the meeting may not take effect immediately.
