since upgrading our exchange environment to 2010 multiple users have reported issue. the most common issue is that users receive an unknown error pop up message when they are trying to file or delete an email. The emails are gone if the user restarts
outlook. We are also experiencing problems with modifying distribution lists. Users who are listed as owners get an error saying they have insufficent priviliges when trying to make amendments.
Any assistance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
