  • You should run OCSLogger on both pools for troubleshooting.

504 error seems something with communication of the pool does not work.

You should also check you DNS settings for both pools.

Do you have only one 2010 and SFB pool?

Lync 2010 and SFB 2015 have two FE server, total four FEs have same error once the call failed to dial-in.

It happen randomly, 1/5 have chance can't dial in.

I have capture the OCS log, but I can't search any relate information.

  • Hi Mick TT,

Welcome to post in our forum.

Would you please tell us did the issue happen when a user try to join a Lync meeting by dialing in from a PSTN telephone in your environment?

Would you please tell us if the issue appeared on the specific Lync client ?

If so, you could try to clear Lync cache files and test again.

    User profile:

    %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com (Lync 2013 client and SFB 2015 client )

    %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Communicator\ sip_UserName@Domain.com (Lync 2010 client )

Make sure you Lync client with the latest update.

For Lync server side, please try to install the latest update for Lync server.

Please also check if all Lync Services on FE Server work normally.

About the certificate, please try to renew the certificate for your FE server, here is a blog for your reference
