  • Hi,

I don't quite understand your question. Do you want filter list to include all cells values with the SUBTOTAL function (Sum Formulas)?

As far as I know, when you put your data in a table, filter controls are automatically added to the table headers. AutoFilter will show all cells including the cell with the SUBTOTAL function (Sum Formulas).

If these cells are not in tables and you manually add a filter to filter data in a column (includes cells with SUBTOTAL function and range or reference of SUBTOTAL function), filter will ignore the last one with  SUBTOTAL function. It's by design. SUBTOTAL function can be used to sum visible rows in a filtered list, so the last cell with SUBTOTAL function won't be included in the filtered list.

    Best Regards.
