We utilize Outlook custom forms which are published on Exchange server under Organizational Forms library. I recently deployed a new laptop to a user which has Office / Outlook 2010 installed. When the user tries to select a form, there isn't
an Organizational Form library available in the "Look In" dropdown. There are only: Standard Forms, Personal Forms, Outlook Folders, Standard Templates, User templates in File system, and Inbox. Everyone else, including others with Outlook 2010,
are not having any issues.
Another note: I just logged onto the same laptop as myself and I have the org forms library.
