  • Hi,

if you mean Outlook on the Web, you won't find Internet Message headers in a sent mail since it's not an SMTP but an Exchange mail. It only gets converted to SMTP when handed over to Transport.

  • Hi yahyatai ,

As I know, message header contains details about the message, such as who sent it, the software used to compose it, and the email servers that it passed through on its way to the recipient. So, you could only view the message header after your received this email.

For more information, please check this article: View internet message headers in Outlook.
