I'm looking for a billing system providing the same level of reports than do the existing billing solutions for PBX.
Basically, I would like to have a system able to provide billing reports able to provide me the details up to user levels with all Call Details Records such as: For different organisation levels: Enterprise, location, department, user:
Called #, Duration, Date&Time...
Anyone already deployed such solution? What is the feedback

I haven't worked with any specific OCS billing system, but a normal generic PBX billing system just reads CDR records and produces the billing info. If you already have a PBX billing system you maybe able to use the OCS CDR records to drive that system with a little bit of data massaging or setting up the billing application to match the OCS CDR layout.

"Teleopti Pro" is a call accounting program that originally were developed for different types of PBX systems.
This software now has support for OCS as well.

Another one to check out is Unify2 PowerView http://www.unifysquare.com/powerview.aspx. It is built by ex Microsoft Product Group people and they are a Microsoft partner. If you want something specifically for OCS I would say this is your best bet.
