I'm using Exchange 2007 SP3 on Win 2008 SP2. All my users are using outlook 2000 at present. When users use owa internally (all the machines are installed with office 2000 with outlook) the new mail notification feature doesn't work
at all !!!!!

I just found out that, the notification message is visible when the owa page is the active page, but the notification is not visible when the web page is minimized.
