Skype for Business 2015 - Response Group stopped working

    Question

  • A Response Group has stopped working.  The Group is set to play a IVR message. When calling the Response group the call disconnects. 

    We have had AD issue in the IT environment in the past days, however this was resolved prior to the RG failure.  Have tried restarting the FE servers.

    Hi Mmunro2107,

    you can try to change a setting in the workflow to see if it is updating without errors.

    Second, is it working without the audiofile? So yes, check your Lync/Skype share if the audiofiles is present in the share. If you use DFS Replication also check if the replication is still working.
