hi all i have one user in our ORG he facing the following error messagewhen he click options in OWA Outlook Web Access has encountered a Web browsing error. Do you mean only one user have the OWA issue?
Please try to log on to another computer using user's account to test.
By the way, suggest you upgrade to latest service pack and rollup in order to avoid some known issues.
