Mcrosoft are fairly quiet on this issue. Technically there is no way to de-activate a licence so, when you try to activate your product on more computers that the licence is good for, it probably won't work. If you ring the
Microsoft telephone number and explain the situation, they may - or may not - give you an activation code. I don't believe there is any way to know in advance whether or not it will be allowed but, anecdotally, if your case is genuine you should be alright.
