Question

Good Afternoon,
I have a Windows 2012 R2 KMS server and i am looking to volume activate Microsoft office 2010(Pro-Plus) on some of our Windows Server 2012 R2 servers.
I can install the product key on to the end servers but when i try to activate them i get the following error on the volume activation tool
"the software licensing service reported that the product could not be activated. no key management service would be contacted. Please see the application event log for additional information."
Upon looking at the application log i see the below

Have you installed the Office2010 KMS Host License Pack on the KMShost server?
