SharePoint Tracing Service (SPTraceV4) stuck on stopping when installing SharePoint 2013

I'm trying to install SharePoint 2013 on Windows server 2012 R2 using autospinstaller. The SharePoint Tracing Service (SPTraceV4) being stuck and the configuration database cannot be created.
Any idea?

Try killing wsstracing.exe process from task manager and start tracing service again. If this fails, restart server and then run configuration wizard again.
Also, is the same version as available from the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC), and the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN)?

Thanks Mohit, U gave me the trump card and here is what I did.
Go the solution.
Changed the Recovery as shown below.
and then killed the wsstracing.exe using task manager.
When I killed the process the process started automatically and as the same other process also started as needed.
The installation was a success.

Are you trying to install SP2013 or SP2013 SP1 slipstream version. If its the former, you'll keep running into issues. You need to install the latter one.
