Deactivating the "Sharepoint server publishing" feature at my enterprise wiki site collection ,will corrupt my site collection RRS feed

    I did the following test on our dev environment:-

    1. i create a new site collection of type enterprise wiki 2013.

    2. then i went to "site setting>>site action >>manage site features"

    3. I activate the "SharePoint Server Publishing" feature.

    4.t hen after some time i deactivate the feature.

    but now after deactivating the feature, my site collection will have the following problems:-

    1. there will always be "Approve" & "Reject" icons under the "page options" tab, even i did not enable content approval and the wiki page status is not pending!!

    2. when i edit a wiki page there is not any Save button instead i will be get "Stop Editing" button.

    3. also under "Page Options" tab i will get new icons such as "Edit Mobile Page", etc.

    So can anyone adivce on this,of course if i enable the feature again i will get these issues fixed .. but why deactivating the feature will not return the situation as it was before activating it ??
