I am installing Office Pro Plus 2010 x86 on a client windows XP/sp3 machine.
Half way through the installation I get the following dialog box:
Browse for Folder
Setup cannot find ProPlus. ww\proplusww.msi. Browse to a valid installation source, and then click OK.
I am not sure on what action I should take at this point, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have downloaded and installed all windows updates and have uninstalled previous versions of office (2003). I would like to keep both versions of office on my client machine since we are a training organization. "with the exception of outlook".
This answer is not helpful. The program is missing and it is not due to a defective drive or media. I have downloaded the program twice under a Volume License. CDs (DVDs) were created without a hitch. When the DVDs were installed the program stopped at the same point looking for ProPlus.WW\ProPlusWW.msi.
