We're using Outlook 2010 on Windows XP machines. All of the Outlook clients are running in cached mode set by group policy (which is something that we can not/do not want to change)
Exchange server is local running Win 2008R2.
The problem we're having is that when our PA for the CEO goes to accept calendar appointments on his behalf she is greeted with the "The operation failed" error message.
If any more details are required please just ask.

How the calendar created ? and what permission the user which occurred issue ?
Please try to search for the error log on Client.
