    Your question is way too broad for anyone to answer in this public user forum.  Your question would be best answered by using the services of a capable Microsoft PPM consultant, who can help you to configure your Project Site template according to your needs.  Sorry.  Hope this helps.

  • There are many ways to go about this.  I would use the Status Reports options found on the left side quick launch.  It may be hidden, if the admin, uncheck the link under EDIT LINKS

    This feature provide a template where users can update the status (weekly, monthly, etc) and the project manager can take all the updates and merge into a single word document.    Does a good job, plus it has reminders and easy way to see who has submitted updates.
