Project Pro 2013 with Project online RRS feed

  • Question

  • I want to confirm that Project Pro 2013 can connect to Project online in the same way that Project Pro for O365 does. In other words, is it largely a licensing difference in the way the two products are licensed?

  • That's right. Both the products are same

  • Hi,

See my reply about a similar concern:

  • ArshadMea,

Technically it does connect the same way, but licensing wise you need to make sure you have a license for Project Online AND a license for Project Professional. If you had a license for Project Professional from before you only need to buy a Project Online license, if you don't have a previous license you need to purchase the Project Online + Pro license for your tenant.

    Hope that helps.
