user is not receiving notification emails RRS feed

  • Hi All

    One of my user is not receiving emails when someone proposes new meeting time for his meeting request or when someone declines his meeting request. This happens in outlook as well in owa. please guide me on this.

  • Hi Glenn Maxwell,

    It decided by the organizer, the organizer could choose whether inform all attendees or only added/deleted attendees:

    If the organizer has choose "Send updates to all attendees", you could use message trace(there exist some delay before email show in message trace) to check whether is there exist an email sent out from this sender:

    Get-MessageTrace -SenderAddress user@domain.com -StartDate 06/20/2020 -EndDate 06/25/2020 -RecipientAddress userB@domain.com

    If there doesn't exist such an email, you may need to open a service request from Office 365 admin center, let them check from the backend for you.
