Did you create your Project Web App login account in Microsoft Project? You must do this before you can use Microsoft Project with Project Online or Project Server.  To create the login account, complete the following steps:

    1. Launch Microsoft Project.
    2. Click the File tab and then click the Info tab in the Backstage.
    3. On the Info page of the Backstage, click the Manage Accounts button.
    4. In the Project Web App Accounts dialog, click the Add... button.
    5. In the Account Properties dialog, enter a descriptive name such as Project Online.
    6. In the Account Properties dialog, enter the URL of your Project Online instance in the Project Server URL field (omit the /default.aspx from the URL, however).
    7. Click the OK button.
    8. In the Project Web App Accounts dialog, select the Choose An Account option in the lower left corner of the dialog.
    9. Click the OK button.
    10. Exit Microsoft Project, then re-launch the software.
    11. In the Login dialog, click the OK button.

Now try returning to PWA and try creating or editing an enterprise calendar.  Let us know if this helps.

  • I would try four things in this order.

    1. Ensure MSP is open as per #11. from Dale

    2. Try a different browser for PWA.

    3. If you have other versions of MS Project installed, remove them.

    4. If you have multiple PWA accounts, remove the ones you don't need.
