    Olá boa noite,

    Estou analisando um erro no meu ambiente e gostaria de uma ideia do que pode ser.

    Existe um grande número de máquinas que reportam na console do SCCM que o agente do SCEP está em risco, inativo ou não foi instalado ainda.

    Verificando o log EndPointProtectionLog, ganho a seguinte mensagem:

    "State 1, error code 0 and detail message are not changed, skip updating registry value"

    Olá Decio,

    Nesse caso parece que a implantação do SCEP pode estar com alguma configuração errada na implantação. Revise as configurações de implantação do client. Vejo também que gerou logs de problema com o update do SCEP, isso geralmente ocorre quando a implantação é feita de forma incorreta ou está faltando algo.

    Aconselho assistir esse video, onde mostra certinho sua implantação sendo feita.

    Boa tarde Vinicius,

    Agradeço a prontidão em me responder.

    Entendi o caso e gostaria de saber também se isso se aplica em máquinas com Windows 10/ Server 2016 que são gerenciadas pelo Windows defender. No caso seria criar uma política "parecida" com a do SCEP?

    Ola Decio,

    No caso do Windows 10 e W2K16 o SCCM gerencia automaticamente esses clientes e não é necessário rodar o cliente para aparecer na console. Apenas a implantação da regra já basta para ele detectar.

    No Windows 10, voce precisa conferir se está pegando a politica corretamente, como na imagem abaixo:

    Vinicius,

    Novamente agradeço sua resposta. Aprofundando no problema, li em alguns outros blogs e sites referentes ao SCCM e vi que pode haver uma mesclagem de políticas. estou enviando uma tela do regedit de um client onde aparece na console como "Unmanageg".

    Console SCCM:

    Essa "mesclagem" pode interferir diretamente neste caso ou é um comportamento normal da ferramenta?
