Estou com problemas para apagar arquivos atráves do windows explorer, quando clico com botão direito do mouse no arquivo, esta ocorrendo o seguinte erro. The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the application at location 0x77e4bef7.
É gerado no event viewer os seguinte erros.

Tente desativar o DR Watson pra ver se o problema continua:
