Mensagens nao chegam ao destino

Lá vamos nós mais uma vez...
Estou testando o envio e recebimento de um novo srv do exchange que subi, porem as mensagens nao chegam ao destino.
Não ficam paradas no queue, mas aumentam a qtdade na mailbox do user, e não aparece pelo web access nem via pop3.
Não tenho tido muito sucesso em receber ajuda sobre este assunto aqui no forum do exchange 2003 nem do windows server 2003, portanto se alguem tem o conhecimento necessário agradeceria profundamente esta ajuda.
